Our herbs are a forgotten untapped resource. We have lost the everyday knowledge that women had in the case of herbs. Few women are now aware of the different plant positive impact on our health. In addition, we also lack knowledge of how plants are harvested, dried, processed and used to keep us healthy. We do not yet know much about the long-term consequences of our modern diets with factory-made food with a variety of additives.
